Ashyana Tasting Request

Food Tasting Guidelines:

• Food tasting must be scheduled at least one week prior to the desired tasting date.
• Tasting must be done at least two months prior to the event.
• Tasting on holidays is not permitted.
• Start Times:   Between 12:00 PM- 12:30 PM ;  or, 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM ( Monday through Sunday)
• Wedding events of 150+ guests can have 4 guests at the tasting, and events with 300+ guests can have up to 6 guests at the tasting.   Additional guests will be charged $25.
• If your event is not confirmed prior to the tasting, there will be a charge for the tasting.  You can contact your event manager for an approximate bill as well.
• The number of dishes to try must be equal to the dishes in your package plus one.
• At times, certain dishes that require seasonal ingredients may not be available at the tasting.
• Tasting is done inside Shikara Restaurant.  Please see the host upon arrival.  However, the food is made by elite Ashyana Catering chefs.
• We request that you do not carry out leftovers from the tasting.
• After submitting the tasting request, please email your planner for their feedback and recommendations on your menu choices.
• We are happy to see you at the tasting.  Please do not hesitate to call your event planner at Ashyana with any questions that you may have.
