Canceling or rescheduling is absolutely not permissible.
In an event that you must cancel your event, due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.
Under certain circumstances, we may allow you to prepone your event to an earlier date.
Regardless of the reason, refunds of any kind are not possible. We understand that sometimes an event must be canceled. But when an event is canceled, our loss is much larger. so please be respectful, and do not ask for a refund of the deposit and payments.
