Event Terms

Event Terms:

1. To maintain quality and integrity, outside linens including chair covers & Chiavari chairs are not permissible.
2. All outside vendors must tape down loose cords.
3. Any type of tape (Scotch, Duct Tape, Masking Tape, etc.), nails, push-pins, sticky residue, or damaging materials on the walls, door, or mirrors is strictly not permissible. Violation of these terms will result in a $250.00 clean-up fee, and the client will be held responsible for damages. Confetti Clean up fee is $250.00
4. Guests are not able to carry out food from the function.
5. At the conclusion of the event, it is the client’s responsibility to take with them any items they have brought with them. Especially things of value and significance. Ashyana Banquets will not be held responsible for misplaced items at the conclusion of the event.
6. Children Under 3 (No Charge): No seats will be provided. Young adults of 4-11: -$5 off the adult price.
