Vendor Rules and Policies

  • You must share your name, room name(s) and event start time with all vendors. To avoid errors, Ashyana staff will not be able to tell vendors which rooms they are working in
  • All vendors you hire must have liability Insurance naming ” Akashdeep International Inc ” and ” Ashyana Banquets ” as Additional Insured. They will not be allowd to set up without their certificate of Insurace on file
  • All vendors must clean up after themselves. Vacuums are available for their use upon request
  • Vendors may not dump used product such as candles, water, floral refuse in our parking lot. They must throw all that in our dumpster or take it back with them
  • All the things must be picked up right after the event
  • Vendors may not store anything at Ashyana overnight. ( Unless pre-approved )
  • Ashyana is not liable for any lost or damaged items
  • Vendors must tape down loose cords with black Gaffers Tape. Duct tape or colored tape is not allowed.
  • Only the back door must be used for loading and unloading
  • Vendors must finish setting up at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time
  • Vendors are not allowed to sit in the lobby
  • Vendors must wear presentable and clean clothes
  • No food is permitted in the ballroom or the lobby during set up or tear down. Vendors are welcome to sit in our restaurant and enjoy their meal.
  • Vendors may not consume any alcohol at the events.
  • Vendors must contact Ashyana directly to coordinate set up and break down times. We are here to help vendors in any way possible.
  • IMPORTANT: Please hire only professional vendors for the integrity of your event. Ashyana reserves the right to refuse work permission to any vendor we feel is not fit to execute an event. Only professional vendors will have the proper equipment, adequate staffing, and enough experience to deliver your dream event
